When I moved to the USA with my husband in 2000, we took our clay cookware and bake ware with us; we could not cook without them, seriously! Our friends always love the food we cook with these clay cookware and praise their beauty and the great concept of "oven-to-table cookware". They are so beautifully hand-decorated that there is no need to transfer the food to another dish, just bring it to the table directly from the oven. That's how I thought of our slogan "Bringing Taste to your Food and Color to your Table™ " and we decided to create our brand ClayBourg® and import these beautiful potteries from our native region of Eastern France.

With our clay cookware and particularly the round and oval bake ware you can fix a quick meal with close to nothing in 10 minutes of preparation. When in a hurry I just take a few pieces of Amish organic chicken (it's the best), vegetables, season with a little olive oil and soy sauce or lemon juice, place in the oven and sit down and enjoy a glass of wine. 25 minutes later, voila, you've got yourself a delicious tender and juicy chicken with baked vegetable, and it's very lean.
